Submission Policy

Couzin Films and its affiliates (collectively "Couzin") does not accept or assume responsibility for any unsolicited project submissions, including but not limited to creative concepts, ideas, plots, scripts, synopses, formats or suggestions (collectively the "Submissions") sent by mail, email or otherwise. It is Couzin's policy to destroy or delete all unsolicited Submissions without exception. Therefore, any similarity between an unsolicited Submission and any element of any of Couzin's television, film, interactive or other production is purely coincidental. Further, any unsolicited Submission will be treated as non-confidential and Couzin will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for the disclosure of any such Submission.

Accordingly, if you nevertheless send an unsolicited Submission to Couzin, you agree that Couzin shall have no obligation to protect your copyright, that you will not be entitled to any compensation or acknowledgment of any kind, and you waive all recourse against Couzin, its employees, agents, officers, directors and shareholders in connection with any unsolicited Submission, including without limitation for copyright infringement, unfair competition, breach of implied contract and/or breach of confidentiality.
